Gordon State College to Host Fourth Annual Legacy Lecture

Gordon State College is honored to host its fourth annual Legacy Lecture on Tuesday, February 28 with featured guest speaker Keith L. SimmonsGriffin-Spalding County School System Superintendent.

Simmons is a veteran educator with 25+ years of service who strategically managed operations to lead the system in serving 33 schools and over 20,000 students. His multistate legacy in Florida and Georgia has impacted many students and their families. Come and learn more about his story. 

This special event begins at 6 p.m. and is being hosted by GSC to bring the community and campus together for an evening of music, reflection and leaving a lasting legacy.

GSC faculty, staff, and students, as well as members of the Highlander community, will be able to attend in person at the Student Activity and Recreation Center (SARC) on the GSC campus.
