Search For Head Basketball Coach to Begin

Gordon State College will soon begin the search for a head coach of the men's basketball program.

Garett Sherman, who had served as an assistant coach of the men's team, was recently named to replace Izzy Ingle as head coach. Sherman later decided to accept another job offer.

Fall semester begins Wednesday, Aug. 13. Practice is slated to begin early in the semester with basketball season to open in early fall.
