Fitness Evaluation & Orientation
Students, faculty, and staff have the option to sign up for a free fitness evaluation that includes a fitness test, body composition, and a custom made fitness plan, all for free. The plans will cover a full strength and cardio workout and strength and cardio test to help evaluate your starting point. These appointments typically last for about an hour and can be scheduled through contacting Jeff Clark at firstname.lastname@example.org (678-359-5887).
