The fourth annual Gordon State College Founder's Day Concert and Scholarship Fundraiser - presented by United Bank - will be an evening of great food, music and fun all for a great cause.

The Shamrock and Roll - themed event will include a meal catered by Gordon's food service provider and gold sponsor, Sodexo, along with music from the 60s, 70s, 80s and beyond by The Headliners of Hilton Head, S.C.

There will also be a silent and live auction as well as a cash bar featuring a variety of beers and wines.

The event is Saturday, March 18 at the Student Activity and Recreation Center located on the Gordon State College campus at the corner of College Drive and Highlander Way.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for beer, wine and the silent auction. Dinner will be served at 7 followed by a live auction, dancing and lots of fun.

Tickets are $100 each and may be purchased through the Gordon State College Institutional Advancement Office by calling 678-359-5739.

Of each ticket, $45 is tax deductible. The funds raised help enrich scholarships for deserving students.
