This is a timely warning from the Gordon State College Police Department.

An armed robbery occurred on Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2015 between 8 and 9 p.m. at the intersection of Gordon Road, Memorial Drive and Highlander Way on the east side of campus.

The victim told Gordon police officers that while he was walking near the intersection, a white vehicle stopped and four black males got out. One produced a handgun while others took the victim's cash and cell phone.
